Update: Capecitabine Warnings from NHS England

Both Macmillan (regimen patient information sheets) and CRUK (regimen specific consent forms) are updating their capecitabine containing documents to reference the warnings on Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN) and Stevens Johnson Syndrome(SJS)’ that NHS England commissioners have asked all providers (England) to ensure are made known to patients.   The updates to these documents will make it much easier for chemotherapy services to reply.   The updated documents should be available in next couple of weeks.

Thanks to all who have been involved in the speedy response.
