This constitutes the Website terms and conditions of use (“Terms) of bopa.org.uk (“the Website”) which is operated by The British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA), registered as a Charitable Unincorporated Association with the Charity number of 1065026. By using the Website you show you are agreeing to keep to these terms. If you do not accept our terms, please do not use the website.
Introduction
These Terms constitute an agreement between us and contain the entire terms of your use of the Website and all matters which are referred to herein. These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreement between us relating to such matters. We may change these Terms from time to time. You may only use the Website for your personal and non-commercial use. The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions and any terms and conditions relating to the Learning Centre. If there is a dispute about these terms and conditions, this will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales, unless you live in Scotland in which case the laws of Scotland apply.
Accessing your account and security
You must provide us with your email address and a password so that you can log in to the Website. We will only allow you to fully access selected sections of the Website such as the Forum and the Education section if you are a full BOPA member. You must make sure that nobody else knows your password. If you think that somebody may know your password, you must change your password immediately through the website.
What we will do
We will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain the Website. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website for any reason.
Your personal data
We have a strict policy regarding your personal data which is set out in our Privacy Policy, developed and in accordance with the Data Protections Act 1998 and Data Protection legislation in place from time to time in the United Kingdom.
Things we can do
We can at any time:
(a) modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, the Website (or any part of it) with or without notice to you and we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or
(b) change these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Website (or any part of it) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms then you must immediately stop using the Website;

We may investigate any reported violation of these Terms or complaints relating to the Website and take any action that we deem appropriate (which may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, suspending, terminating or attaching conditions to your access and/or removing any materials from the Website).

We have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time by putting the changes on the website.
