The BOPA Advanced Pharmacist Training Day June 2025

Overview This study day is intended to provide an overview of the knowledge, skills, experiences and behaviours required to practice at an advanced level in Cancer Care. The study day will focus on the following areas:

  1. Consultant pharmacist / Advance Clinical Practitioner pathway
  2. Setting up a Non-Medical Prescriber clinic
  3. Research pillar of advanced practice
  4. Maintaining mental health and wellbeing

Intended audience Band 7 oncology and haematology trained pharmacists with greater or equal to 5 years of clinical experience and Band 8a oncology and haematology trained pharmacists.

  • WHEN: Wednesday 18th June 2025, 9am – 4:30pm
  • WHERE: Radisson Blu Hotel, 12 Holloway Circus, St. Chads Tunnel, Birmingham, B1 1BT (0.2 miles (4 minute walk) from Birmingham New Street Station).
  • COST: A non-refundable payment of £25.00.
