New Guidance and Forms for Consent for Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy

The Chemotherapy Board, with support from Cancer Research UK, has published guidance on consent for Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT). The guidance is accompanied by national SACT site – and regimen-specific consent forms. The guidance and forms – available on the Cancer Research UK website – are intended to support clinicians in ensuring that patients receiving SACT are fully informed when consenting to treatment.
