Invitation to participate: Equity, Diversity and Inclusion: an exploratory study of the perceptions and opinions of BOPA members (nationally and internationally)

The BOPA EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) committee would like to invite you to participate in an anonymous survey to understand and increase awareness and knowledge of EDI amongst its members. The information will be anonymous, and no identifiers will be collected.

The EDI committee aims to:

  • Investigate the perception /experience of members regarding EDI at their respective organisations.
  • Explore the perception/experience of members regarding EDI at BOPA.
  • Understand the needs of BOPA members to promote their inclusive practices
  • Present the results at the BOPA conference in Liverpool, 2022.

This study is being undertaken by the following research team: Pascale Dettwiller, Shereen Nabhani- Gebara, Adedolapo Sanni, Belinda Wilson, Drew Szypowksi.
