BOPA Verification Standards Consultation to members

Dear All,

The BOPA Verification Project Steering Committee together with the verification standards update pillar volunteers would like to invite all BOPA members to submit their thoughts on the attached DRAFT updated ‘Standards for the Pharmacy Verification of Prescriptions for Cancer Medicines’. The update includes pharmacy technician, BMT and paediatric verification standards.

We would like to hear from as many members as possible and encourage you all to review the document and complete the form.

The BOPA Verification Project Steering Committee are working on reviewing the standards, updating the verification e-learning, updating and increasing the number of mock SACT prescriptions for verification and the launch of a new digital SACT Verification passport!  More information will follow as we progress through the project.
