Allied health and lifestyle support provision research survey

Dear members,

Sheffield Hallam University’s Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) are working on behalf of Pfizer to identify the type of information, support and services offered to people living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC).

We invite you to complete a brief online questionnaire which is part of a study exploring the lifestyle and support services or information that health care professionals and clinicians provide or signpost to for patients with Metastatic breast cancer alongside their medical treatment. The first section of the survey concerns supports more broadly, and the second section focuses on your attitudes towards, and confidence to promote physical activity as an adjunct treatment for those with metastatic breast cancer.
