Allied health and lifestyle support provision research survey

Dear members,

Sheffield Hallam University’s Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) are working on behalf of Pfizer to identify the type of information, support and services offered to people living with metastatic breast cancer (MBC).

We invite you to complete a brief online questionnaire which is part of a study exploring the lifestyle and support services or information that health care professionals and clinicians provide or signpost to for patients with Metastatic breast cancer alongside their medical treatment. The first section of the survey concerns supports more broadly, and the second section focuses on your attitudes towards, and confidence to promote physical activity as an adjunct treatment for those with metastatic breast cancer.

About This Study

The aims of this study are:

  • To determine existing supports for those with metastatic breast cancer
  • To determine the type of lifestyle advice provided to these patients
  • To determine attitudes towards physical activity for metastatic breast cancer
  • To explore barriers to the provision of support services and physical activity promotion

The Questionnaire

This questionnaire should take you less than 10 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. You are free to stop completing the questionnaire at any time, should you no longer wish to participate.
