Teenage and Young Adults (TYA) Study Day – TYA are more than their Cancer Diagnosis

Cancer in young people (16-25yr) is continuing to rise with 7 young people hearing ‘you have cancer’ each day across the UK. As services we are continually addressing the everchanging landscapes for TYAs and ensuring that their every changing needs are met with a holistic approach.

Allied Health Professionals are key to meeting the breadth of needs of TYAs and this study day will focus on the holistic landscape of care for TYAs with Cancer.

Intended Audience

Allied Health Professionals including occupational therapists, physiotherapists and complementary therapists. Youth support workers, nurses and any other HCP’s working with TYA’s.
