CRUK Publication update- National SACT Multiple Myeloma regimen specific consent forms

Dear All,

I am delighted to inform you that the first phase of Multiple Myeloma regimen specific SACT consent forms are available for use on the CRUK website.

All forms can be found here

Given the substantial number of treatment regimens for Multiple Myeloma, we are releasing the forms in two phases. Consent forms for the commonly used regimens have been prioritised and uploaded in the first phase. The remaining forms are in progress and will be available in due course as part of the second phase.

Please share this update with your clinical teams or forward to the appropriate lead cancer clinician in your organisation.

Any questions, please do let me know.

Best wishes,
Alia
