In May 2024 – if you had any intentions to start, re-submit, or progress your consultant portfolio within the next 18-24 months please complete this survey.

You do not need to have attended any of the BOPA Consultant Pharmacist credentialing support webinar series to complete this survey.

The survey should take no more than 10-15mins,

The results of this survey will be used to review the impact that the Consultant Pharmacist credentialing support webinar series had on individuals portfolio submission journeys and will determine if the series continues into 2025.
