Survey on dose adjustments in SACT in hepatic impairment

Dear colleagues,

We would be grateful if you could take the time to complete the below survey.

This questionnaire is about dose adjustments of SACT in hepatic impairment and is part of a Clinical Oncology MSc dissertation. The purpose is to understand the variation in practice and utilisation of resources across the UK. It should take approximately 3 minutes to complete.
