SURVEY: Examining barriers to pharmacy professionals engaging with research

The Incubator for Pharmacy Professionals is an NIHR-supported initiative dedicated to strengthening research capacity within the pharmacy profession. Despite its critical role as a pillar of professional practice, research remains an underrepresented area for pharmacy professionals.
We’re excited to announce the launch of a nationwide survey to gather insights on the challenges pharmacy professionals face when engaging in research and potential solutions.  The survey is based on insights from our focus groups last year, which we are currently in the process of formally writing up.

It is open to all UK-registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and we strongly encourage you to share it with colleagues and through professional networks. No research experience is needed to participate in the survey, and we want to ensure we reach everyone.

The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete and will close on the 17th February 2025. Link here: https://forms.office.com/e/RkcmSTzpYr

The survey has been approved by the University of Leicester ethics committee.

Thank you for your time and support. To learn more about our work, visit us at https://pharmacyresearchprofessionals.org.uk/
