Senior Adult Oncology study day 30/09/2024

Dear Colleagues,

We have organised in collaboration with the Marsden School a Senior Adult Oncology study day on Monday the 30th of September 2024 that will take place in attendance at The Royal Marsden Education and Conference Centre Chelsea (Stewart’s Grove, London SW3 6JJ).

The meeting is aimed at doctors, nurses, allied health care professionals and pharmacists working with older adults with cancer and interested to learn more about the field of geriatric oncology and the value of broader multidisciplinary input for this large population of patients.

This study day aims to discuss the rationale for an integrated and comprehensive oncogeriatric care approach for older adults with cancer and how this can be implemented in various settings. We will also highlight the role of different professions to optimise outcomes for this population of patients and draw on the expertise of multiple teams in our hospital.

You can find the relevant information and register here: https://www.royalmarsden.nhs.uk/senior-oncology. So see the meeting programme, click the link below.
