Dear BOPA Member

I would be grateful if you could complete a survey developed as part of a project to evaluate the gaps in patient education for cancer patients from minority groups. The aim of the wider project is to develop recommendations of areas that should be incorporated into pharmacy staff teaching. I would be very grateful if you could complete this questionnaire to understand the gaps that exist when educating a patient from a minority group, receiving systemic anticancer therapy (SACT).

If you have any questions about this project then please do email me: [email protected]

Please complete the link below to complete the questionnaire by November 30th It should take 10-15minutes to complete. All responses will be anonymous.
