Nordic Social Pharmacy Conference Glasgow June 2025

We are thrilled to invite you to the NORDIC Social Pharmacy Conference 2025, 4th – 6th June 2025 at the prestigious University of Strathclyde Technology and Innovation Centre in Glasgow, UK. The conference theme is “Vulnerable Patient Populations and Health Inequalities”, aiming to address some of the most pressing challenges in social pharmacy today.

Submissions are welcome from Nordic and non-Nordic countries – this is an international event and we welcome participants and presenters from around the globe.

Join us in the vibrant city of Glasgow for a three-day event filled with insightful discussions, innovative research presentations, and networking opportunities. Our keynote speakers, including Ms. Irene Oldfather, Dr. Tejal Patel, Mr. Lee Knifton, Dr. Michael McKee, and Professor Reidun Kjome, who will share their valuable work and perspectives on improving healthcare outcomes for vulnerable populations.

We warmly welcome delegates and abstract submissions from any nation, with discounts available from people from low and middle income countries.  

Highlights of the Conference:  

·                  Opening Ceremony: Kicking off with a warm welcome from Professor Mags Watson and a keynote address by Sir Jim Macdonald, Principal of the University of Strathclyde.  

·                  Workshops and Oral Presentations: Engage in interactive workshops and attend oral presentations showcasing innovative research and practices in social pharmacy.  

·                  Innovative research in social pharmacy: addressing topics such as aging, mental health, disability, wellness, and pharmacy education’s role in reducing health disparities
