Are you passionate about cancer pharmacy and eager to make a meaningful impact in cancer care? The British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) is offering an exciting Internship Opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to contribute to one of our key work streams.

πŸ”¬ About the Role: As a BOPA Intern, you will work closely with experienced cancer pharmacy professionals and contribute to a dynamic project within one of our strategic work streams. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your professional network, and support initiatives that shape cancer pharmacy practice across the UK.

This experience will give you the opportunity to assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of a BOPA work stream project (e.g., education, research, digital innovation, or policy development). This may include conducting literature reviews, data analysis, or stakeholder engagement activities. You will also be involved in supporting the creation of resources, reports, or presentations.

πŸŽ“ Ideal Candidate:

  • A pharmacy student, foundation year pharmacist trainee, or early-career pharmacist/pharmacy technician with an interest in cancer
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Able to commit to a flexible, part-time internship -up to 2 hours/week over 6–12 months

🌍 Location: Remote (with potential for in-person meetings or events)
