Launch of Level 1 SACT training

The BOPA Education and Training Committee are pleased to announce the launch of Level 1 SACT training to support the development of Pharmacy staff who are not routinely involved with SACT / management of cancer patients but may come across SACT in a dispensary or in aseptics.

Two options are provided to support centres to deliver this training:

  1. An e-learning package that is available to FREE associate members of BOPA
  2. A Powerpoint slide deck that is available to PAID BOPA members – this is for an experienced SACT pharmacist to use at the basis of a teaching session at a lunchtime learning /huddle.

This is something that we have received many requests for support with over the last year and so we hope it helps to address an unmet need and reduces duplication / saves time.
