How we will deliver this experience

An interactive, smartphone app will be used to deliver this part of this experience to you. Further details about how to download the app will be sent to you on Tuesday 22nd June. The app is downloadable on iPhone and Android phones which have these operating systems installed (iOS 13.0 or later and Android 8.0 and later). Please check your device is compatible.

More information about the program can be seen on our website here: https://alifeinaday.co.uk/

When is it happening?

We have scheduled 23rd June 2021 for this experience.

Before your experience
Prior to this experience there will be a 1-hour briefing webinar on 22nd June at 13:00 – 13:45 which you must attend.

On 23rd June – A Life in a Day experience

The point of the experience is that you continue with your schedule as normally as you can whilst you discover the impact it would have on your life if you were a real patient. You will need access to your phone during the entire experience. We must advise you that the experience will be disruptive to your usual routine – this is by design. We want you to get the most from this simulation. This will be challenging if you are booked in meetings all day. Do not schedule back-to-back meetings on 23rd June. Instead, leave intervals in your calendar, which will allow you time to interact with the simulation.

After your experience
There will be a 60-minute de-brief webinar on June 25th at 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. for you to give feedback on your experience and discuss how insights can be incorporated into your role.

What Happens next?

Registration for the experience is now open and will close on June 10th 2021.

To register, please click HERE to enter your contact details including shipping address.

You will receive the following:

-Calendar invites for the 1-hour briefing and debriefing webinars one week after registration closes

-A “kit” to accompany the experience will be delivered to you two weeks before the simulation

-an email with the application download and activation instructions 1-2 days before the experience

We look forward to welcoming you on this program!
