UCLH cancer academy questionnaire
Dear BOPA members
UCLH cancer academy has been funded to develop multidisciplinary education on check point inhibitors and immune related adverse events. We are very keen that the materials we produced are helpful to the whole BOPA membership. To understand where the gaps are we have developed a questionnaire. It will take less than 10 minutes to complete and will be really helpful for us to understand where the gaps are at different hospitals. Please could this be completed asap.
