Survey: Service Evaluation on Carboplatin Variation in UK

We invite members to complete this service evaluation to understand national variations in carboplatin dosing for adult patients receiving SACTs. We are looking at whether we can standardise carboplatin protocols nationally with the aim of reducing variations and improving the quality of care we provide for our patients.

The survey will take around 5 minutes of your time.

The final results from this will be shared across relevant networks and we are hoping that the results from this survey will be followed by further research and identify areas where further evidence is needed.

We ideally require one response per trust, ideally from the Lead Pharmacist for Cancer Services or equivalent.

Thank you for your time.
