BOPA AI Webinar: Getting More from Frontier AI Models | Wed 4 November, 13:00-14:00

Ahead of the next BOPA Pop-Up AI Hackathon, the BOPA AI group is running a live, workshop-style webinar for pharmacists and pharmacy teams who want to move beyond the basics with AI.

Hosted by Harry Warner, with Bastiaan Buijtenhuijs and Alisdair Jones demonstrating real workflows, the session will show what’s now possible with the latest frontier large language models (LLMs) and how to apply them in cancer pharmacy.

What we’ll cover:

Advanced workflows, live: practical demonstrations of tasks frontier models can do today
Right model, right task: using powerful models to plan and structure work, then handing over to cheaper or more focused models to deliver it
Making it accessible: what you can achieve with free tools, where paid options add value, and how to get started without a big budget
Hackathon prep: ideas and skills to take straight into your hackathon team
Who it’s for: Pharmacists, technicians and anyone in cancer pharmacy who is curious about AI, whether or not you plan to take part in the hackathon. No technical or coding experience needed.
