CRUK SACT Consent forms available for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL)

I am delighted to inform you that the Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) SACT consent forms are now available on the CRUK website.

The electronic consent guidance has also been reviewed and updated.
