Cancer Advanced and Consultant Pharmacist credentialing support series

As we head into 2026, BOPA is really pleased to share that the credentialing webinar support series from BOPA will continue in 2026.

Through ongoing membership feedback, we’ve clearly identified an unmet need for structured support for pharmacists seeking to credential at Advanced and Consultant level. That message has come through loud and clear and we’ve listened.

We’re pleased to introduce the Cancer Advanced and Consultant Pharmacist Credentialing Support Series, a new webinar programme designed to support pharmacists navigating the RPS credentialing journey.

Who is it for?
Paid BOPA members who are actively completing, or considering starting, an Advanced or Consultant portfolio. You don’t need to attend every webinar, and you don’t need to have attended any sessions in 2025.

Format
• 7 webinars delivered across the year
• 20-minute presentation followed by Q&A and open discussion
• Presentations will be recorded (discussion will not)
• A different speaker each month

Aim
• To support members through the credentialing process from start to finish
• To explore key domains and common challenges
• To build a supportive network of pharmacists credentialing together

Out of scope
We won’t be writing or reviewing individual evidence or providing one-to-one mentoring during the sessions.

The series will be led by Netty Cracknell (Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust) and Jo Parkes (Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust), facilitating discussion and shared learning throughout the year.

First session – February (Date to be confirmed)
Topic: Taking the first step: How to get started and find your level
Speakers: Netty Cracknell & Jo Parkes

Really looking forward to supporting colleagues through what can feel like a daunting but ultimately very rewarding, professional journey.
