A reminder that the BOPA Passport modules can only be added, removed and restarted within your own organisation. Any assessor within your organisation can do this.
The Passport Team do not have access to each persons organisation so are unable to help with this.
Please see the Set Up and User Guide within the BOPA Verification Hub for further advice on modifying a users Passport modules.
