BOPA SACT Verification Passport Grandparenting Reminder

Dear member,

It has been 7 months since the launch of the BOPA SACT Verification Passport.

We have over 100 registered sites and over 1000 users subscribed.
This is around 70-80% of the numbers we expected, based on services registered as providing SACT.
This is a fabulous uptake and we appreciate everyone being so engaged.
We hope you find the resources user friendly and beneficial to training and practice.

As a reminder before we enter the summer holiday season:

The “Grandparenting Clause” will be available until November 30th 2024, 13-months from the “go-live” as per the BOPA Digital SACT Verification Passport – Set Up and User Guide.

We encourage all staff who intend to grandparent themselves within the Passport, to do so prior to this deadline, as beyond this, the grandparenting function will no longer be available.

As always, we welcome feedback on your experience with the Passport.
Please contact verificationpassport@bopa.org.uk for clinical queries regarding the Passport and contact [email protected] for technical queries surrounding the app.

Members of the BOPA SACT Verification Passport Group, and Jonathan, our Compassly colleague, will be in attendance at BOPA this year, and there will be a session on Sunday to discuss the BOPA SACT Verification Passport and our future plans.

We hope to see you all there.

Best Wishes,

BOPA SACT Verification Passport Group
