BOPA SACT Verification Hub now includes useful SOPs to support the use of the Passport

The BOPA SACT Verification Passport team continue to work behind the scenes to update and review content to optimise the use of this e-learning and training platform.

We appreciate all the feedback that has come from the membership this far and we are continually trying to improve our processes to support your use of this tool.

There has been a new tile added to the BOPA SACT Verification Hub that includes useful SOPs to support the use of the Passport, please refer to these for the support of the following:

  1. Change of a Supermanager within the BOPA Passport

Please use this prior to contacting the Passport or Compassly team to request a change of superuser

  1. Changes to Existing BOPA Digital Verification Passport Content

Please use this prior to contacting the Passport team regarding errors. This will help us direct queries to the appropriate team members and to record errors and changes of auditing purposes.

  1. Guide to Grandparenting

Please use this if needed to support Grandparenting, in preparation for the Grandparenting deadline which is 30/11/24

BOPA SACT Verification HUB (including the passport) – BOPA

More SOPs will be added in due course to support Passport use, and we will update you when these are live.

As always, we welcome feedback and any new members wishing to join the team.

Best Wishes,

BOPA SACT Verification Passport team
