UK BMT Pharmacists Group Hybrid Educational Meeting – Friday 17th April 2026

Dear colleagues,

Further to the save the date for this event, previously circulated, please find attached the agenda for the UK BMT Pharmacists Group Hybrid Educational Meeting, taking place on Friday 17 April 2026 at UCLH, with a virtual option available for part of the afternoon.

The sessions and themes for the day are now confirmed; however, please note that some individual speakers are still to be finalised. A final agenda will be re‑circulated nearer the time, but we wanted to share this version now to allow colleagues to secure study leave, book travel and plan attendance in good time.

We would strongly encourage in‑person attendance where possible. This will be our first face‑to‑face UK BMT Pharmacists Group meeting for a number of years and represents a valuable opportunity for networking, peer support and shared learning across centres.

There is no registration fee for this meeting. However, all in-person attendees are asked to complete the short registration form below to support catering and accessibility arrangements:

We hope you will be able to join us and look forward to welcoming you in April.
Kind regards,

Sinéad + Ritti
On behalf of the UK BMT Pharmacists Group
