The Royal Pharmaceutical Society and The King’s Fund have published a wide-ranging report setting out ambitions for the future of pharmacy over the next decade.

‘A vision for pharmacy professional practice’ outlines how pharmacy teams in all care settings can support better patient care, prevent ill health and reduce health inequalities.

It calls for the complete integration of pharmacy professionals across health and care systems to enable a transformation in patient care, supported by a comprehensive pharmacy workforce strategy and improved use of data and research to drive better patient outcomes.

They are seeking feedback on the report and submissions of best practice that demonstrate how pharmacy teams are improving patient care via [email protected]
