Louise Church will outline the RCN’s recent position paper\, highlighting key risks\, gaps in the current regulatory framework\, and recommendations to strengthen protections for staff.\n\nDrawing on both research and frontline experience\, the session will examine patterns of exposure\, associated health risks\, and the challenges of managing these risks within existing frameworks such as COSHH.
